Returns & Refunds
Fair to buyers, fair to the makers — here\u2019s how returns work.
Digital downloads
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” digital purchases are generally final sale. The exceptions: if a file is corrupt, materially not as described, or you were charged in error, we’ll fix it or refund you. Reach out within 14 days of purchase.
Physical goods
- Damaged or defective — tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Wrong item — we cover return shipping and send the correct piece.
- Change of mind — unopened, unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Made-to-order and personalised items are excluded.
How to start a return
Open your account, find the order, and use the contact option — or email us via the contact page. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Commissions & custom work
Custom and commissioned pieces follow the terms agreed with the artist at the time of the brief. Because they’re made for you specifically, they’re not eligible for change-of-mind returns once work has begun.
This policy doesn’t limit your rights under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.
