Shipping & Delivery
Digital is instant. Physical is print-on-demand or direct from the artist — here\u2019s what to expect.
Digital downloads
Digital art, maps, tokens, PDFs and licences are delivered instantly. As soon as your payment clears, the files appear in your account to download as many times as you need. No shipping, no waiting.
Physical goods
Prints, apparel, drinkware and accessories are fulfilled one of two ways:
- Print-on-demand — made to order when you buy. Production is typically 2–5 business days before dispatch.
- Direct from the artist — shipped by the maker. Handling times are shown on the listing and in your order confirmation.
Delivery times & regions
- Canada — most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- United States — typically 7–14 business days, customs permitting.
- International — varies by destination; an estimate is shown at checkout where available.
Tracking
When your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation, and tracking where the fulfilment method provides it. You can review order status any time in your account.
